At Dunlop Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

Ship the Items

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
